Interpretation

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. The reimbursement will use the same payment method as Your original transaction, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that are perishable, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.

• Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
